Refund policy

Return and Refund Policy

Effective Date: September 17, 2026

1. Scope

This Return and Refund Policy applies to eligible purchases made from Cedar Luxe Outdoor Kitchens LLC (“Cedar Luxe,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through cedarluxekitchen.com, an authorized Cedar Luxe quotation or invoice, or a Cedar Luxe product presentation.

Because we offer high-value outdoor kitchens, grills, appliances, pergolas, cookware and supplier-fulfilled products, return eligibility may vary according to the product, manufacturer, condition, delivery method and applicable sales agreement.

This policy does not limit any non-waivable rights available under applicable consumer-protection law.

2. Contact Information

Before returning any product, contact our Customer Service team:

Email: support@cedarluxekitchen.com
Telephone: +1 778 200 3619
Address: Cedar Luxe Outdoor Kitchens LLC, 30 N Gould Street, Suite R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States
Customer-service hours: Monday–Saturday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Pacific Time

Please do not return a product to the address above unless we specifically instruct you to do so. Supplier-fulfilled products may need to be returned to a designated manufacturer or warehouse address.

3. Standard Return Period

Unless a different product-specific return period was disclosed before purchase, you may request a return of an eligible standard product within 30 calendar days after delivery.

Receiving authorization to return a product does not guarantee a refund. The returned product must be received and inspected before final approval.

4. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a discretionary return, the product must:

  • Be unused, uninstalled, unassembled and undamaged;

  • Be in resalable condition;

  • Be returned in its complete original packaging;

  • Include all accessories, components, manuals, warranty documents and promotional items;

  • Have its original labels and identifying information attached; and

  • Be accompanied by a valid receipt, order confirmation or other proof of purchase.

Products showing evidence of use, installation, connection to utilities, assembly, alteration, misuse or customer-caused damage may be refused or may qualify only for a partial refund where permitted by law.

5. How to Request a Return

5.1 Contact Cedar Luxe

Email support@cedarluxekitchen.com within the applicable return period and provide:

  • Your full name;

  • Order or invoice number;

  • Product name;

  • Delivery date;

  • Reason for the requested return;

  • Photographs of the product and packaging; and

  • Photographs or videos showing any damage, defect or incorrect item.

5.2 Obtain Return Authorization

If the product is eligible, we will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a Return Merchandise Authorization number.

Do not ship a product before receiving written authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused and may not qualify for a refund.

5.3 Prepare and Ship the Return

The product must be:

  • Securely packaged in its original packaging;

  • Shipped to the address stated in the return authorization;

  • Sent using the approved carrier or freight method; and

  • Shipped within seven calendar days after receiving the return authorization, unless we provide a different deadline.

Keep the shipping receipt and tracking or freight information until the return has been completed.

6. Return Shipping and Freight Costs

6.1 Change-of-Mind Returns

For an eligible return resulting from a change of mind, incorrect measurement, customer preference or another reason not caused by Cedar Luxe:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping or freight;

  • Original shipping, freight, delivery, installation and assembly charges are generally non-refundable;

  • The actual outbound shipping cost may be deducted from the refund where the original order included free or subsidized shipping;

  • A supplier or manufacturer restocking fee may apply; and

  • Any applicable return or restocking charge will be disclosed before the customer confirms the return.

6.2 Cedar Luxe Error, Defect or Shipping Damage

If the return results from an incorrect product supplied by Cedar Luxe, a verified defect, or shipping damage for which Cedar Luxe or the applicable supplier is responsible, we will arrange an appropriate resolution and cover reasonable authorized return-shipping costs.

Do not independently arrange an expensive freight return without our written approval. Unapproved shipping or freight charges may not be reimbursed.

7. Freight and Oversized Products

Outdoor kitchens, grills, appliances, pergolas and similar products may be delivered by freight carrier.

Customers must inspect freight deliveries carefully before signing the delivery receipt.

If the shipment has visible damage:

  1. Photograph the packaging and damaged areas;

  2. Describe the damage on the delivery receipt or bill of lading;

  3. Refuse delivery if the shipment is severely damaged and refusal is reasonable; and

  4. Contact Cedar Luxe immediately.

Visible freight damage should be reported within 48 hours after delivery. Concealed damage should be reported within five calendar days after discovery, together with photographs of the product and packaging.

These reporting periods help us preserve claims against carriers and suppliers. They do not limit any non-waivable statutory rights.

Keep all packaging materials until the claim has been resolved. Discarding packaging, failing to document visible damage, or signing that a visibly damaged shipment arrived in good condition may affect our ability to obtain a carrier remedy.

8. Defective Products and Warranty Claims

If a product appears defective, stop using it and contact us with photographs, videos and a description of the problem.

Depending on the product, timing and applicable warranty, the resolution may include:

  • Troubleshooting or technical assistance;

  • Replacement components;

  • Repair;

  • Manufacturer warranty service;

  • Replacement of the product;

  • Partial refund; or

  • Full refund.

After the return period expires, defects may be handled under the manufacturer’s warranty rather than as a standard return.

Do not uninstall, repair, alter or dispose of a reportedly defective product unless instructed to do so. Unauthorized work may affect warranty coverage.

9. Incorrect Products or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong product or an incomplete order, contact us as soon as possible and preferably within five calendar days after delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number;

  • Photographs of the delivered products;

  • Photographs of product labels and model numbers;

  • Photographs of the packaging; and

  • Details of the missing or incorrect items.

If we confirm an error, we will arrange the appropriate replacement, shipment, return or refund without charging you for authorized corrective shipping.

10. Products That Do Not Arrive

If an order does not arrive within the estimated delivery period, contact us so that we can investigate with the supplier or carrier.

If the shipment is confirmed lost, we will offer an appropriate replacement or refund. Delivery delays alone do not automatically establish that a shipment has been lost.

11. Order Cancellations

11.1 Before Processing or Shipment

Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel an order.

An eligible standard order may be cancelled for a full refund if the order has not entered supplier processing, production, preparation or shipment.

We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has been submitted to a supplier or fulfilment partner.

11.2 Special-Order and Customized Products

If a special-order, made-to-order or customized product has entered production, preparation or procurement, the order may be non-cancellable or subject to costs already incurred.

Any material cancellation restrictions or non-refundable deposit terms will be disclosed before purchase.

11.3 After Shipment

If an eligible product has already shipped, it must be handled through the return process after delivery. The customer may be responsible for outbound and return freight when the cancellation is not caused by our error.

12. Saladmaster Purchases

Saladmaster products are not purchased through Cedar Luxe’s regular online checkout. Prices are disclosed following a product presentation, and payment is accepted only after the presentation and the customer’s agreement to purchase.

Saladmaster returns and cancellations are governed by:

  • The customer’s signed order or sales agreement;

  • Any cancellation notice provided with that agreement;

  • Applicable Saladmaster warranty or supplier terms; and

  • Applicable federal, state, provincial or territorial consumer-protection law.

If a Saladmaster purchase is made during an in-home presentation or at another location where a statutory cooling-off period applies, the customer may exercise that right according to the instructions and deadline stated in the applicable cancellation notice.

Nothing in this policy removes or restricts a statutory cancellation right.

To request cancellation, return assistance or warranty service for a Saladmaster purchase, contact the Cedar Luxe representative who completed the presentation or email support@cedarluxekitchen.com.

13. Non-Returnable Products

Unless required by applicable law or accepted because of a verified defect or Cedar Luxe error, the following products are non-returnable:

  • Customized, configured, personalized or made-to-order products;

  • Special-order products identified as non-returnable before purchase;

  • Products that have been installed, assembled, altered or connected to gas, electricity, water or another utility;

  • Products damaged through misuse, improper storage, improper installation or unauthorized repair;

  • Used cookware and opened food-contact products;

  • Clearance, final-sale or discontinued products identified as final sale before purchase;

  • Gift cards;

  • Products missing components, accessories, manuals or original packaging;

  • Services already performed, including installation, assembly, consultation, design or site-assessment services; and

  • Products prohibited from return by applicable safety or sanitation requirements.

14. Installation and Measurement Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for confirming product dimensions, utility requirements, site access, clearances, compatibility and installation requirements before ordering.

We strongly recommend using qualified professionals for the installation of outdoor kitchens, grills, gas appliances, electrical appliances, plumbing fixtures and pergolas.

A product generally cannot be returned after installation merely because it does not fit, is incompatible with the site, or was installed incorrectly, unless the issue resulted from incorrect written information provided by Cedar Luxe.

15. Refund Inspection and Approval

After an authorized return is received, we will inspect it and notify you whether the refund has been approved, partially approved or declined.

If the return does not satisfy this policy, we may:

  • Decline the refund;

  • Deduct an applicable restocking or restoration charge;

  • Issue a partial refund; or

  • Offer to return the product to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Any deduction will be explained to the customer.

16. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will normally be initiated within 10 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method. For a manually paid or presentation-based order, the refund method may depend on the original form of payment and the applicable sales agreement.

Banks and payment providers may require additional time to post the refund to the customer’s account.

Shipping, freight, customs, installation, assembly and other completed service charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns unless required by law or expressly agreed in writing.

17. Exchanges

We offer exchanges primarily for products that are defective, damaged during delivery or supplied incorrectly.

For an approved change-of-mind exchange:

  • The original product must satisfy the return conditions;

  • The customer is responsible for applicable shipping or freight;

  • A restocking fee may apply if disclosed; and

  • Any difference in product price must be paid before the replacement is shipped.

Replacement availability is not guaranteed.

18. Manufacturer and Supplier Terms

Some products are shipped directly by manufacturers or authorized suppliers. Their return instructions, return destinations, restocking charges and warranty procedures may apply where disclosed before purchase.

If a supplier-specific term conflicts with a non-waivable consumer right, the applicable consumer-protection law will prevail.

19. Legal Rights

This policy provides Cedar Luxe’s general commercial return terms. It does not exclude, restrict or replace any warranty, cancellation, return or refund right that cannot legally be waived.

Consumer rights may vary according to the customer’s location and how and where the sale was completed.

20. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Return and Refund Policy to reflect changes in our products, suppliers, delivery methods, business practices or legal obligations.

Changes become effective when posted on our website. The effective date above identifies the latest revision.
